EastWest-IT is a modern enterprise with a healthy ratio of jung, creative employees and senior experts. We leverage our ability to recruit the top talents in the IT industry of Eastern European countries.

Our German management and many of our employees, however, come from the PSE (Program and System Engineering) of a powerful and established business entity, the Siemens SW Near-Shore Outsourcing Business Unit, with almost 7,000 professionals.

With the experience gained in this and other international software houses our staff is very good prepared to run and manage distributed SW development projects across countries.

Now for many years our team supports the successful development of our clients by being involved into the whole SW live cycle - starting with analysis followed by planning, development, test and comleted with installation and maintenance.
